📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the preparation, submission, and follow-up of import/export documentation
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade standards
- Coordinate with shipping agents, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to resolve documentation issues
- Review and verify shipping documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Monitor and track the status of import/export shipments
- Provide training and support to junior staff on customs compliance and shipping documentation
- Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions
- Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and industry best practices
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export documentation and customs compliance
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade standards
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in customs brokerage or a related field is a plus
- Experience with shipping documentation software such as SAP, Cargowise, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
