📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Monitor and control financial risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Participate in strategic decision-making processes to support the company's overall financial health.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
