📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for client roles
- Support the recruitment team in managing the ATS and other recruitment tools
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and provide feedback to the team
- Assist in the preparation and organization of recruitment events and job fairs
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information and application status
- Learn and apply industry best practices in recruitment
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
