As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring the highest quality of food, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all culinary operations including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Ensure the highest quality of food and adherence to health and safety standards.,Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software is a plus.,Hold a relevant culinary certification or degree.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
