📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve store and company goals.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and address any issues.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and retail management software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
