📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective operations.,Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Proven track record of success in managing and improving operational efficiency.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
