Tanggung Jawab:
Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various roles within the company.Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Previous experience in a similar role within a multinational company is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
