Flamingo Hotel By The Beach is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef to join our luxury beachfront resort in Canggu, Bali. This is a unique opportunity to work in a stunning beachfront setting, contributing to the culinary excellence of our resort. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient and high-quality food production.,Develop and implement new menu items and culinary concepts to enhance the guest dining experience.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service.,Manage inventory and ensure cost-effective purchasing and preparation of ingredients.,Collaborate with the executive chef and other culinary team members to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen.,Contribute to the overall success of the resort by providing excellent service and support to guests and staff.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the culinary team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team and ensuring high standards of food quality.,Strong culinary skills and knowledge of international cuisines.,Experience in developing and implementing new menu items and culinary concepts.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and train staff.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and the ability to maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
