📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing leadership and motivation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the central office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
