📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to support employee growth and development.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for employees.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.,Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to create engaging and effective learning materials.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.,Assist in the coordination of external trainers and facilitators.,Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.
