Plus New Abadi is seeking a dedicated Assistant Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our operations team and contributing to the smooth running of our business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination of daily operations activities.,Support the operations team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols.,Support the operations team in the resolution of operational issues and challenges.,Assist in the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and the implementation of improvement initiatives.,Provide general administrative support to the operations team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the operations or administrative field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.,Familiarity with operational processes and procedures is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.
