As an Automotive Service Advisor, you'll work closely with our team of mechanics and technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles, using industry-standard tools and software such as Geely Service Information System (GSIS) and Autocad. You'll also be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing customer inquiries, and providing accurate and transparent information about service costs and timelines.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles using industry-standard tools and software such as GSIS and Autocad.
• Schedule appointments and manage customer inquiries efficiently.
• Provide accurate and transparent information about service costs and timelines.
• Work closely with the service department team to ensure smooth and effective operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Ensure all service work is completed to the highest standards of quality.
• Promote and sell Geely products and services to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Geely Service Information System (GSIS) and Autocad is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 kg.
• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
