📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all maritime operations to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.,Plan and coordinate voyages, including route planning and scheduling.,Maintain and inspect the vessel and its equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Manage the crew, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Handle communication with port authorities, cargo handlers, and other stakeholders.,Ensure adherence to environmental protection and sustainability practices.,Monitor and report on fuel consumption and other operational metrics.,Participate in emergency response planning and drills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Captain in maritime operations.,Valid Master Mariner's License (MM) or equivalent.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with maritime safety equipment and procedures.,Understanding of environmental protection and sustainability practices.
