- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to spare parts sales and inventory.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Work with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of spare parts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial analysis or a related role in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and inventory control principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in commercial analysis or supply chain management is a plus.
