📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, implementation, and control of logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize stockouts.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure reliable and efficient logistics services.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of logistics processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics operations.,Provide regular reports and updates on logistics performance to the senior management team.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in logistics coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related role.,Proven experience in managing logistics operations and coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve logistics issues effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs procedures related to logistics operations.
