Bay Byte Indonesia is seeking a talented Deputy Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Jambi. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics processes. We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks with ease.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Logistics Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the logistics department. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that our supply chain is running efficiently and that our products are delivered on time and in good condition.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of logistics operations.,Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Track and manage logistics expenses to ensure cost efficiency.,Assist in the development and implementation of logistics policies and procedures.,Provide regular reports on logistics performance to the Logistics Manager.,Participate in meetings and conferences to discuss logistics strategies and initiatives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management principles.,Proficient in using logistics management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics and business practices is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
