📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation, submission, and follow-up of import/export documentation
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade standards
• Coordinate with shipping agents, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to resolve documentation issues
• Review and verify shipping documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Monitor and track the status of import/export shipments
• Provide training and support to junior staff on customs compliance and shipping documentation
• Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions
• Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and industry best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export documentation and customs compliance
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade standards
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Certification in customs brokerage or a related field is a plus
• Experience with shipping documentation software such as SAP, Cargowise, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
