📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles,Ensure the efficient and safe operation of the fleet,Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and insurance requirements,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle use,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance needs,Oversee the training and development of drivers and other fleet personnel,Manage and maintain all fleet-related documentation and records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Familiarity with relevant regulations and insurance requirements
