📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding, using systems like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and local job boards.
• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Handle employee relations, resolving conflicts and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Comply with local labor laws and regulations, ensuring all HR processes are legal and ethical.
• Collaborate with managers to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Certifications in HR management, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR, are a plus.
• Proficiency in HR software like BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Bali.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
