In this role, you will assist in various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in onboarding new hires and offboarding departing employees.,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and filing.,Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve HR practices.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of HR software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (written and spoken).,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Recent graduates or individuals with limited HR experience are encouraged to apply.
