📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor QA team members, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.,Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and processes to enhance software quality and reduce defects.,Conduct thorough testing activities, including functional, performance, and security testing, to identify and resolve issues.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure that QA activities align with project goals.,Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.,Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends and areas for improvement in the QA process.,Stay up-to-date with the latest QA tools, methodologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve QA processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in QA Engineering, with a strong background in software testing methodologies and tools.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring QA teams.,Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.,Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.

🛠️ Keahlian

Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools such as SeleniumAppiumor Cypress.Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like JenkinsGitLab CIor CircleCI.Understanding of security testing principles and tools like OWASP ZAP or Burp Suite.Experience with test management tools such as JIRATestRailor Zephyr.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
