📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations including inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and delivery.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.,Manage a team of logistics staff and provide training and development opportunities.,Continuously seek opportunities to improve logistics processes and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
