📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of high-quality tea leaves.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.,Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to maintain a competitive edge.,Ensure timely delivery of tea leaves to meet production schedules.,Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and transactions.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.,Participate in quality control processes to ensure the quality of supplied tea leaves.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Knowledge of tea industry and tea processing would be an advantage.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Good understanding of Indonesian business culture and practices.
