In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to facilitate talent acquisition.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Provide feedback and guidance to internal teams on best practices in recruitment.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
