Sentral Putri Kebab is looking for a dedicated Area Manager to oversee the operations of our outlet in Dili. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the store from a distance while ensuring smooth operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the central office to implement company-wide policies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as an Area Manager or similar role in the retail industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the food service industry.,Ability to travel to the store location as needed for audits and meetings.
