📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and distribution activities.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and distribution practices is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
