In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical support to our employees. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks.,Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software issues.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.,Manage user accounts and access permissions.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Conduct regular backups and ensure data integrity.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT solutions meet business needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and operating systems.,Proficiency in using IT support tools and software.,Good problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with cloud services and remote work tools is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
