CV Fajar Wisesa is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Restock and organize products on the sales floor.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist with inventory management and order picking.,Participate in store promotions and events.,Stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Proactive and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
