📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, and that our staff is properly trained and supervised.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and to increase sales and revenue.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve our bottom line.,Build and maintain positive relationships with our suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Lead and inspire our team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure that our restaurant is clean, organized, and welcoming to guests.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and innovations as appropriate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, as well as health and safety regulations.,Experience with marketing and sales, and a strong understanding of financial management and analysis.,Ability to work well with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
