📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and industrial buildings.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the optimal performance of HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement HVAC solutions for new projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Certification in HVAC systems (e.g., Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician, HVAC Service Technician).
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other HVAC-specific software.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and basic plumbing is a plus.
