📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage procurement activities, including supplier negotiations, contract management, and inventory control.
• Analyze procurement data using tools like SAP and Excel to identify trends, cost savings opportunities, and efficiency improvements.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the company's business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of materials and products.
• Monitor and report on procurement performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of successful procurement projects and cost savings.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
