📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, providing expert guidance on Honda motorcycles and services.
• Manage and execute sales promotions, including events, displays, and special offers, to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrations to showcase Honda’s vehicles and features.
• Assist in the sales process, including paperwork, financing, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM systems like Salesforce or similar tools.
• Promote the dealership’s brand and offerings through social media and community engagement.
• Ensure a clean and organized showroom environment, adhering to safety and display standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or automotive retail.
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and drive sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Honda motorcycles and automotive industry trends.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel and work outside regular business hours during promotions and events.
