In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving the growth of our digital marketplace presence.

As a Marketplace Admin Specialist at PT Anugrah Packaging Indo Kemasan, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure our products are accurately listed, priced, and promoted across various e-commerce platforms. You will also be responsible for monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and implementing strategies to enhance our competitive edge.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Bukalapak
• Ensure accurate pricing, inventory management, and order processing
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues related to e-commerce transactions
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace administration
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Bukalapak
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Excel
• Certification in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus
