As a KOL & Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate with our marketing team to identify, recruit, and manage influencers and affiliates. You will develop and execute campaigns using platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, leveraging data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, recruit, and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and affiliates to promote our products.
• Develop and execute end-to-end KOL and affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance using data analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign strategies and improve ROI.
• Create compelling content and promotional materials for KOLs and affiliates.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and affiliate networks.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform campaign strategies.
• Report on campaign performance and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in KOL or affiliate marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing KOL and affiliate programs.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a passion for driving e-commerce growth.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
